How to order :

1. Send an email list of the parts you want to order (please include your full postal address and mobile number). (Click the ORDER PARTS link on this page or the CONTACT link on any other page. Note: If you are using gmail please check your JUNK or SPAM folder for our reply, as more than likely that's where Google has put it.

2. We'll email you a reply confirming your order plus the total cost including postage, together with our bank details for a direct deposit.

3. Send me an email confirmation once you have done the transfer.

4. Your order will then be shipped as soon as your payment shows up.

Payment Options :

For customers within Australia payment by DIRECT DEPOSIT to our bank account is the preferred payment method. We are happy to also accept payment through Paypal on orders of modest value.

We have suspended all international orders and shipping until normal airline services resume in Australia. Seems unlikely this will happen before 2022!

Shipping :

Most orders are sent through Australia Post. Postal options and costs will be listed on your emailed order confirmation.

Minimum shipping and handling charge is $5.00 for small, flat items sent large letter.

Most small orders are $12.00 - $20.00 by Express Post Satchel.

Necks, bodies etc. are sent by ordinary parcel. Typical postal cost for a neck or a body is $20.00 (not remote (W.A. & N.T. and Nth. Qld. where it's $40.00 for a body). Signature delivery is an extra $2.50.
